These terms govern your use of Sloth Lee and access to our dashboard and services.
By inviting Sloth Lee to your Discord server, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sloth Lee to harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
Do not use Sloth Lee to spam, send malware, or interfere with Discord infrastructure.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or extract data from Sloth Lee systems.
Do not use Sloth Lee to violate Discord's Terms of Service or any applicable laws.

3. Account & Server Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity on accounts that invite or configure Sloth Lee.
Server owners are responsible for ensuring their use complies with these terms.
You agree to monitor how Sloth Lee is used in your server and prevent misuse.
Moderators and admins using Sloth Lee accept liability for their moderation decisions.

4. Data & Privacy

Sloth Lee collects server logs, member IDs, and moderation records to function.
We do not sell user data to third parties.
Data is encrypted and stored securely in accordance with our privacy policy.
You can request data deletion at any time by contacting support.

5. Disclaimers

Sloth Lee is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind.
We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that all features will work perfectly.
We are not liable for data loss, server issues, or other damages arising from use.
Use at your own risk and maintain backups of important data.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sloth Lee or its creators be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for Sloth Lee (if any).
This includes loss of revenue, data, or opportunity.

7. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.
Violations include harassment, hacking, spam, or other malicious activity.
We will attempt to notify you before suspension unless the violation is severe.
Terminated access is permanent and non-refundable.

Your use grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to operate Sloth Lee in your server.
