Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sloth Lee — the Discord bot, the dashboard at slothlee.xyz, and the public homepage. By using any of these you agree to the terms below.

Acceptable use

• Use of Sloth Lee must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and your local laws.
• You may not use Sloth Lee to harass, defraud, or harm other users, or to circumvent Discord's moderation systems.
• Server owners are responsible for the configuration and conduct of moderation actions taken by Sloth Lee on their behalf.
• You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access parts of the service that are not exposed to you through the documented bot commands or dashboard.

Service availability

Service capabilities and uptime are provided on a best-effort basis unless we have signed a separate written SLA with you. We aim for 99.9% but do not guarantee uninterrupted service and we may take parts of the platform offline for maintenance.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or are flagged by Discord's Trust & Safety. Best-effort notice will be given when the cause is not safety-critical.

Liability

Sloth Lee is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Changes

These terms may be updated; significant changes will be announced on the dashboard and via the public status page.
