You drop back to the Free tier's caps and retention window. Nothing is deleted on cancellation. You can also self-serve a full GDPR export from your account hub.
Are there discounts for non-profits or open-source communities?

How does annual billing work?
Annual is two months free. Switch monthly ↔ annual any time from the billing portal — Stripe pro-rates the difference automatically.
